First time dealing with them. Annual service on a Navien Combi unit installed 2 years ago, they were great would highly recommend!

Cromwell Electric was wonderful to work with. Jeff gave a clear explanation of estimate for mini split a/c and installation happened within a few weeks (earlier than expected)! Tom, Jason and Ken were extremely professional and friendly. Got work done in a day without interrupting us in the home. Everything was cleaned up and took time showing us how to work the units and care for them. We will continue to use this company for multiple services when needed. A+++.

Eric Mori came to do my annual service and he was exceptional! He took the time to answer all my questions, thorough and polite ! I was so pleased and he was neat and timely! He did both my AC and heating!

In the middle of a heat wave, our AC quit. Having used Cromwell Energy for furnace maintenance previously, I recalled the excellent service they provided. They did not disappoint again. Even though they were scheduling a week out, a technician became available the next day. We called Cromwell Energy for a recent AC issue because they promptly fixed an issue we had a cpl years ago. Rep Eric came to our home, quickly identified the issue and had the AC running in no time. He was obviously very knowledgeable as well as courteous and thorough! Once the AC was on he verified the issue was resolved completely before leaving. Cromwell Energy was reasonably priced, will definitely call them again!

Central A/C wasn't working when I needed it. Cromwell Energy sent Eric over the same day. They called before he came and he came when he was supposed to. I’ve been using Cromwell Energy for over a year now, for my oil and I used it to do a tuneup on my furnace. Eric was very thorough and he explained what had to be done and as a female owner made me feel that if anything happens I know what to do until they get to my home. I had a minisplit ac/heat pump system installed in my home over the summer. Communication leading up to installation was thorough and efficient. Installation was fast and clean. A rather large crew left virtually no trace behind excepting the new equipment. I recently had an issue where the heat was slowly diminishing (barely noticeable for a while) until it stopped working altogether. I called to inquire about it that morning and they had a technician at my house to diagnose and fix that same morning. Fantastic customer service and the price for the install came in pretty average compared to other quotes we got, without a crazy wait even approaching peak AC season.

Cromwell Energy has been nothing short of wonderful and knowledgeable to work with! When we bought our house, we were recommended to a different contractor for maintenance and repair. When our air conditioner started leaking earlier this year, the other company did not have any availability and did not seem to be worried we had water flooding our basement. Cromwell Energy came out the same day, diagnosed and repaired our system quickly and was reasonably priced too! Fast forward to today, our heat stopped working and we called minutes before they closed. They were able to come out same day on an emergency call again. Twice now they - specifically, Eric - have saved us on emergency calls. Each time, Eric has quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem almost immediately upon arrival and repaired the affected system as needed. We plan to do maintenance plans for all of our mechanicals through them and wouldn’t use anyone else. I cannot stress enough how great they are to work with! We also get oil delivered from them and it’s been cost effective and reliable every time!

For the last two days, my condo was a sweltering 87 degrees day and night because my air conditioner stopped working. Fans only go so far. I called Cromwell Energy this morning and they arrived in about an hour. The technician was Eric. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. I have been a Cromwell Energy customer for over 40 years. When it was time to replace my air conditioning units, I, without any hesitation, called them for an estimate. A quick response from their estimator and new systems were proposed, based on our budget and needs.the quote was accepted. Installation was done as scheduled. The staff was just wonderful. All the employees were very respectful of my property. They were very courteous and answered all of our questions. All packing materials were removed each day they were there and the new units were installed. A quick and very neat install. Could not have been happier with everything they did. Very positive and pleasant experience!

Cromwell Energy, Inc. recently upgraded our heating from oil to gas. Our house is approximately 86 years old! The Cromwell Energy, Inc team came in and gave us an appropriate estimate of the work we needed to get done. They came in and measured each cast iron heater to ensure that our home would be properly heated. On the paperwork end they were timely and responsive. When they came in to do the work they work efficiently and were able to get us heat and hot water in a day. They also cleaned up the spaces they used. We are incredibly happy with the services we received from Cromwell Energy, Inc. Thank you!

Cromwell Energy, Inc. has replaced our heating residential boiler recently in Middletown, CT. The previous one was over 25 years old with open fire burner and inefficient. The new boiler, recommended by the Company is a cast iron, workhorse equipment made in USA. Installation of the new and dispose of the old was done smoothly by the crew of four. After half a day I could enjoy the brand new heating system, which is quiet, efficient and reasonably priced. Thank you guys!

The team at Cromwell are great. We've been using them for about 5 years now, thankfully with only a couple of emergency calls, including late at night. They've also replaced our oil tank and done other preventative maintenance. They are quick to respond, down to earth, quality work, and priced reasonably! They also provide our oil along with our boiler service contracts. I like that they have a small town feel, every time I call the office Roni answers and is so helpful. No complaints.

My a/c unit recently broke and I made a decision to replace the a/c condenser and furnace based on both being over 20-years-old. I sought quotes from 3 HVAC contractors of which Cromwell Energy ended being my final choice. Rich Drapeau was the main person I dealt with, who came to my home to review the setup and provide an estimate. He was professional, courteous and provided follow-up answers from questions I had based on interviewing the other contractors. This also included available manufacturer rebates and EnergizeCT rebates. I was able to negotiate what I felt was a competitive price and get the most updated energy efficient equipment, as well as Ecobee wi-fi smart thermostats installed. A four-man crew came the following week and they did a great job installing everything, were courteous, clean and finished in a day. Having pulled a permit, the town inspector came in afterwards and everything was properly installed, as well as the inspector commenting he has found Cromwell Energy being a very reputable and honest HVAC contractor he has worked with. I highly recommend Cromwell Energy and the American Standard a/c condenser and furnace they installed. I also will be using them for annual maintenance of the units. Rich and the install team (plus Samantha handling some the office paperwork) are a great to deal with, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and of course the competitive price.

Cromwell energy is amazing! Our air conditioning system died in the middle of the summer. They came out the next day to keep it alive enough until we could get the HVAC system replaced. The replacement was done in a day, the office staff and technicians were professional abs communicative. They showed me what they were doing and how everything worked. We will absolutely be working with them in the future and for maintenance on our new system.
