Cromwell Electric was wonderful to work with. Jeff gave a clear explanation of estimate for mini split a/c and installation happened within a few weeks (earlier than expected)! Tom, Jason and Ken were extremely professional and friendly. Got work done in a day without interrupting us in the home. Everything was cleaned up and took time showing us how to work the units and care for them. We will continue to use this company for multiple services when needed. A+++.

Eric Mori came to do my annual service and he was exceptional! He took the time to answer all my questions, thorough and polite ! I was so pleased and he was neat and timely! He did both my AC and heating!

In the middle of a heat wave, our AC quit. Having used Cromwell Energy for furnace maintenance previously, I recalled the excellent service they provided. They did not disappoint again. We called Cromwell Energy for a recent AC issue because they promptly fixed an issue we had a cpl years ago. Rep Eric came to our home, quickly identified the issue and had the AC running in no time. He was obviously very knowledgeable as well as courteous and thorough! Once the AC was on he verified the issue was resolved completely before leaving. Cromwell Energy was reasonably priced, will definitely call them again!

Central A/C wasn't working when I needed it. Cromwell Energy sent Eric over the same day. They called before he came and he came when he was supposed to. He was very professional and methodic in tracking down and resolving the issue. I have been a custom for years and the service is always excellent.

I recently encountered a problem with my A/C unit, and Cromwell Energy promptly sent a technician. He conducted himself professionally, clearly explaining the problems and available repair options. Before the technician was dispatched, I had the opportunity to speak with a service manager which is impossible for some companies. So big shout out to their technician Keith, great job.
