We called Cromwell Energy for a recent AC issue because they promptly fixed an issue we had a cpl years ago. Rep Eric came to our home, quickly identified the issue and had the AC running in no time. He was obviously very knowledgeable as well as courteous and thorough! Once the AC was on he verified the issue was resolved completely before leaving. Cromwell Energy was reasonably priced, will definitely call them again!
Central A/C wasn't working when I needed it. Cromwell Energy sent Eric over the same day. They called before he came and he came when he was supposed to.
