Cromwell Energy has been providing quality home heating and air conditioning service to Middlesex and Hartford County for over 35 years. We take pride in our dedication to customer service, and treating each customer with the respect and courtesy they deserve.
Cromwell Energy installs the best brands on the market, and is always competitively priced. Our technicians are trained, licensed, and insured and will always provide courteous, professional service.
We offer a variety of heating oil delivery options, including “lock-in” fuel plans, budget payment schedules, and will-call fuel delivery (see details under the “Fuel Oil Delivery” tab). Whatever option you choose, Cromwell Energy will deliver your oil promptly and professionally, and will always put the customer first.
We also take pride in being there when you need us, and offer 24-hour emergency service to all of our oil and gas customers.

In addition to our heating oil delivery, Cromwell Energy offers HVAC services throughout Middlesex and Hartford County, CT. We offer installation and maintenance services for most major brands of heating equipment (boilers, burners and furnaces) as well as commercial & residential central air conditioning (AC) systems. We also install the highly rated Mitsubishi ductless mini-splits and heat pump systems - which have become a go-to option for many Connecticut homeowners.

We called Cromwell Energy for a recent AC issue because they promptly fixed an issue we had a cpl years ago. Rep Eric came to our home, quickly identified the issue and had the AC running in no time. He was obviously very knowledgeable as well as courteous and thorough! Once the AC was on he verified the issue was resolved completely before leaving. Cromwell Energy was reasonably priced, will definitely call them again!
Central A/C wasn't working when I needed it. Cromwell Energy sent Eric over the same day. They called before he came and he came when he was supposed to. I recently encountered a problem with my A/C unit, and Cromwell Energy promptly sent a technician. He conducted himself professionally, clearly explaining the problems and available repair options. Before the technician was dispatched, I had the opportunity to speak with a service manager which is impossible for some companies. So big shout out to their technician Keith, great job.
